The weather is somehow cloudy. The actual second day begins.
Day 1 is from Otaru to Asahikawa via Shinshinotsu-mura.
Now, should we go north? Or go south?
I knew I could not miss Biei and Furano.
Eventually, I headed south on Route 38 from Route 237.
I went to “Tokachi Yutaku” for dinner, aiming for the pork bowl.
I stopped at Kanno Farm on Route 237.
The lavender was beautiful and I was thankful to be able to take my motorcycle close to the flower fields.
I bought some lavender bath salts.
No matter where I take it, anywhere in Frano would make a great picture.
Straight downhill for 5 km.
This is the scenery of ” The Hokkaido.”
Tomita Farm was full of tourists.
At the intersection of Routes 253 and 544 heading from Furano to Obihiro, I was attracted by the sign “Stone Ground Chinese Soba Noodles, Tomikawa” and decided to have cold Chinese noodles for lunch.
Local production for local consumption! The chashu pork is Furano pork.
The taste of the stone-ground buckwheat noodles is superb!
I can tell that the store’s passion is loved by the locals.
The rolls of hoshigusa were so beautiful that I consciously snapped the shutter.
Furano is always nice to visit.
It was raining again when I entered Obihiro.
I put on a rain cape and went to “Cheese Workshop Needs” in Makubetsu Town.
This restaurant was also introduced in the “Sekkaku Gourmet.”
The soft ice cream sprinkled with cheese tasted like delicious I had never tasted before.
I got to today’s goal of “Yutaku” for dinner.
The program “Sekkaku Gourmet” is a must! It was delicious after all!
I wasn’t hungry and was worried that I would leave some dishes behind, but I finished it all.
I was full! I am satisfied!
Tomorrow, I will go to Hakodate.
